In its business activities, Haras de Gouffern & de La Genevraye has linked up with I.T.C. - International Thoroughbred Consultants, a consulting agency founded by Jean-Pierre de Gasté in the 1980s, which is based in Versailles.

The agency mainly works with Middle Eastern clients and has a solid background of working in the USA and Japan. In Saudi Arabia, the organisation has managed the racing stables of several members of the Royal family. In the United Arab Emirates, it formed Al Asayl Stables, the racing operation of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Emir of Abu Dhabi and President of the United Arab Emirates. I.T.C. also created its French arm, which includes an important breeding operation. In France, Jean-Pierre de Gasté also successfully formed and established the stable of Mahmoud Fustock (the brother-in-law of King Abdallah) which was one of the most important stables in France in the late 70s and early 80s. Drawing on a very large network in Qatar, in 2007, Jean-Pierre de Gasté was instrumental in brokering the sponsorship deal of the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe with Qatar.

The I.T.C. team travels around the world and has been involved in the US market for many decades. For instance, in 2011, it was ranked fourth in terms of purchases at the November sales in Keeneland and Fasig Tipton (cumulative turnover).
